To keep our products pricing at a fair price and keep our small business alive we currently do not accept returns for our products. 

Exchanges
The size exchange service is only available in Barcelona*. You have 3 calendar days from the reception of your order to contact us regarding the matter. To initiate the process, email us at hello@bocanoitestudio.com stating your order number and if you wish to size up or down. We will reach out to you as quickly as possible to arrange the size exchange appointment if possible.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
