Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to all e-gift cards purchased or used on the Bocanoite Studio website (www.bocanoitestudio.com). By purchasing or using an e-gift card, you agree to these terms.
E-Gift Card Redemption
E-gift cards can only be redeemed on the Bocanoite Studio website and are valid for purchasing products available at the time of redemption. They cannot be redeemed for cash, reloaded, or transferred to another account.
Purchase and Delivery
E-gift cards are available in digital format and will be delivered via email to the recipient specified at the time of purchase. Bocanoite Studio is not responsible for incorrect email addresses provided by the purchaser.
Expiration and Validity
E-gift cards do not expire and have no maintenance fees. They can be used at any time until the balance is fully redeemed.
Refunds and Exchanges
E-gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, except where required by law.
Lost or Stolen E-Gift Cards
Bocanoite Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of e-gift cards. Please treat e-gift cards like cash.
Balance Inquiries
You can check your e-gift card balance by contacting our customer service team at hello@bocanoitestudio.com.
Multiple E-Gift Cards
Multiple e-gift cards may be used in a single transaction. If the purchase amount exceeds the e-gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using an accepted payment method.
Fraud Prevention
Bocanoite Studio reserves the right to cancel or refuse any e-gift card suspected of fraud or misuse.
Amendments
Bocanoite Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
