Orders are processed in two business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed in the next two-three business days. Orders are processed from Barcelona, Spain. 

* Some shipping delays might occur during collection launches or promotional periods due to high order volume.

** All orders have two delivery attempts included in the shipping service. After that your local post service will keep it in the post office near your delivery address for collection during a limited period of time. If the package is not collected in the specified time period, the package will be returned to us.
