This service covers the repair of a Bocanoite Studio piece that has been damaged due to impact or wear.
Each repair is assessed individually to ensure the most appropriate solution. The final repair fee may vary depending on the nature of the damage and the work required.
Once purchased, you will receive instructions to send the piece to the studio using a tracked shipping service. The cost of shipping the piece to the studio is covered by the customer. Return shipping will be added at checkout.
Repairs are carried out with care using the same materials and techniques as the original piece. Once completed, the item will be returned within approximately one week, with tracking provided.
